The Commercialiser Terms & Conditions

By registering for one of our workshops (online or in-person), you agree to the general principles outlined below. These are designed to ensure clarity and a great experience for everyone involved.

1. Who Can Attend

1.1 Our content is designed for professionals — if you’re joining on behalf of your organisation, you confirm that you're authorised to do so.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 All workshop content, materials, and frameworks belong to The Commercialiser.
2.2 Materials may not be copied, shared, or reused commercially without written permission.

3. Payment & Booking

3.1 All fees are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received in full.

4. Participation & Attendance

4.1 Our workshops require a minimum number of participants to run smoothly:

  • Online workshops: minimum 10 attendees

  • In-person workshops: minimum 24 attendees

4.2 If the minimum is not reached — or if circumstances change — we may need to cancel or reschedule. If that happens, you’ll be offered either a full refund or the chance to attend a future session.

4.3 Please note: all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

5.1 We aim to create a respectful, focused environment. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session.
5.2 Recording, distributing, or reusing workshop content without our consent isn't allowed.

6. Liability

6.1 We design our workshops to deliver impact, but we can’t guarantee specific results or outcomes.
6.2 Our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid to attend. We’re not liable for indirect or incidental losses (like lost deals or missed opportunities).

7. Force Majeure

7.1 If something outside our control (like a global event, platform outage, or travel disruption) prevents us from delivering a session as planned, we’ll do our best to reschedule or offer an alternative.

8. Your Data

8.1 When you register, we collect basic information to process your booking and stay in touch.
8.2 We never sell or misuse your data, and you can unsubscribe from communications at any time.

9. Governing Principles

9.1 We work with clients around the world, so these terms are meant to be fair, flexible, and applicable regardless of location.
